My SL last name was wholly derived from my passion for music, and my belief that it should always be available to all. Conversely, I am not sure why, but in SL i have never explored music greatly, with the exception of my attendance at the performances I can get to of my friend Kitzie...for that I should thank her for keeping music in SL alive for me =)
As for Tyger, that has been my online name for some 16 years now, and is part of my make-up.
